I'm working on Fiverr for months it was the first time it happen to me I'm going to tell you how I handled this client which I got from the buyer's request. 3 days ago I got a project from an Arabi client he placed the order without asking questions and submitted requirements.
The requirements were different which he was looking for then after that I completed the order he requested for revision the task was very simple but the buyer made it difficult for me. but I understood everything and start working on his project.
After one revision and he requested another revision and I did again and after he requested another revision that time I feel very angry and the buyer was also frustrated.
But I kept my anger in my pocket. suddenly I saw a buyer review on his profile I messaged the seller and ask about the buyer because the buyer made a new profile and I had some doubt in my mind and the seller said he placed the order of post which was the same project of mine and suddenly I saw the same buyer review 2.3 on seller profile then I got fear in my mind about review then I start using communication tips and tricks and tricks on him and make him feel comfortable also I gave him source file make more comfortable.
Then I used the emotions attack strategy I told him you placed wrong requirements which were different from your actual project and I explain everything even shown my photoshop screenshot and continuously told him how I'm serious about your project after that buyer said thank you for your efforts thank you again I appreciate it.
Then he completed the order after one day and gave me 5 stars and a good review. the purpose of my case study is "communication is very important" client was very picky and confused and it was hard for me but I did it. I would like to say that communication is very important I know many people have good skills but have a communications problem.
